Drumroll please…The Woodlund Business Park website is LIVE!!
We have started the site work for our new location and are now pre-leasing for occupancies available in April of 2023.
We will have (3) 2000 sq. ft. commercial spaces in a beautiful natural setting for lease with office space, kitchenette, bathroom, 2nd floor loft rated for occupancy and build out, 3 phase electrical service, Wintek fiber, heated 1000 sq. ft. shop bay with 12’ roll up door, and plenty of parking. Owned and operated by Michelle-Wood Voglund and Chris Voglund the WDG is a family owned commercial property developer with a focus on stewardship, support for entrepreneurs and small businesses, and core values that allow all parties to have win/win relationships. Michelle and Chris combined their 30 years of small business experience and their names to form Woodlund in the spring of 2021.
