The A-Team at Artisan Electric has some exciting news to share going into spring! We will be breaking ground in August for our new shop and mixed use commercial development. We will have (3) 2000 SF commercial spaces for lease with office, kitchenette, bathroom, loft, 3 phase electrical service, Wintek fiber, heated 1000 SF shop bay with 12’ roll up door, and plenty of parking.

As part of this process we have a second development parcel for sale or build to suite. It will be a shovel ready site that has been provisionally approved for a second 10,500 SF building zoned commercial / industrial. We have already had a lot of interest in the tenant spaces and the second site. The listing for the property sale went live today with Geswein Farm and Land and we are now actively looking for tenets for the (3) mixed uses spaces with a projected available move in date of January 2023.
