Project Overview
Autumn Trace is a 48 unit assisted living community located in the heart of Rensselaer, IN. This was a 1.5-year new construction project that included 48 apartments, commercial kitchen, dining hall, commercial laundry, wellness, and outdoor living spaces, theater room, offices, hair studio, coffee bar, and various activity rooms.
