Wrapped up an 80 kW generator install today for a client in Zionsville. One of the largest residential gensets we have done!
Elements of this project that made it more challenging then a typical genset install included working with an existing 800 amp service that needed a lot of repairs, working on a steep hillside, a large generator pad that had to be stable on the hillside, a very difficult directional bore, gas piping connections to a buried under ground propane tank, and the mounting of a large equipment package that included dual 400 amp rated automatic transfer switches.
