Forgot to mention I talked to you on the phone last year about my Mom's house on the west side. Built in the 20's, needs siding, windows, kitchen and yes electrical, all sorely. My mom is a challenge to work with on this stuff. I am going to take another run at intervening and getting these things done. Thanks for ideas on who to trust and work with. There are a lot of people in the business. It is a little scary to go on line and see bulletin boards devoted to complaints against some firms.
